Massage Therapist

Kerry Townend

Kerry is the creator of Mountain Spirit Living in Jindabyne and Alpine Body Temple Massage.

After graduating from remedial massage at Nature Care College in Sydney, Kerry has been forever passionate about learning new techniques to facilitate healing.

Massage therapy alone isn’t enough to heal all of the wounds of trauma, however it may be huge in helping relieve the physical and emotional symptoms of trauma.

Massage has been proven to provide relief from physical, emotional and mental stress for thousands of years. Recent studies have shown that massage also helps to decrease levels of depression, anxiety, irritability and other symptoms associated with trauma.

My intention is to help promote a healthy mind, body and soul using tools wishing the massage like crystals, sound healing, hot stones and reiki.

Due to my love and passion for travel, my new creation is Mountain Spirit Living. An ethical, fair trade gift shop with beautiful, ethical products from around the world. Located in Jindabyne in this heart of the Snowy Mountains
