Barrie Elvish

Barrie brings over 20 years’ CEO experience of successful organisational change, strategic development and business growth across a range of sectors including Education, Health and Community Services. He holds a BA, Grad Dip Education and MBA, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Today Barrie is pleased to be the CEO of AUSactive, the peak national health and fitness industry association activating everybody, every way, every day.

You’ll regularly hear Barrie talking about his passions and experiences including surfing, Triathlons, keeping his mental health and wellbeing strong through exercise, trekking the Kokoda Trail and Macchu Pichu, Led Zeppelin and Hot Rods – all for the purpose of making meaningful connections. Barrie has a longstanding personal and professional interest in adventure play for children and is the proud grandfather of two beautiful girls.


Elaine Jobson

Elaine is a fitness industry veteran who has successfully grown brands like Fitness First, Virgin Active, and now Jetts across several continents over the last thirty years.

She has received awards such as Deloitte's Best Company to Work for in South Africa and the Ausactive Most Loved Company Award for 2023. Known for her exceptional leadership and passion for building thriving cultures, Elaine was named Fit Summit Executive of the Year in 2023.

Her commitment to happy people achieving exceptional results has kept Jetts at the top of Australia's Best Place to Work list for the past eight years. She recently released a book on high performance through happy people and led a management buyout of Jetts Australia, driving its domestic and global expansion.



 Graham Dudley


Graham Dudley is the founder and CEO of Global Performance Testing International and co-founder of allied health business My Inspiration Never Dies providing a unique collision of human performance analysis, exercise physiology, health science and applied technology to the global community.

Graham design end developed the GPTQA process of education and validation of technology protocols for assessing humans at scale with reliability, a process now adopted by institutes and innovators around the world to ensure a “level playing field” for future AI and preventative care strategies (plus injury prevention, talent identification and performance development in sports).

Sticking to a slogan of “Connecting Actual Intelligence + Artificial Intelligence” Graham is committed to the cohesion between tech and human emotion with specific focus on the positive social impact the population has around healthcare, motivation and mental health.

With 30 years’ experience in global distribution, sport coaching and professional business administration, Graham has a refined expertise in connecting industrial sectors with personal interest in sport, health, education and technology.



Claudelle Taylor

Claudelle is the Chief Technical Officer at IDD Tech. She is a successful leader in the fields of technology and innovation, with a specific focus on the construction, mining, and services industry. Claudelle possesses a proven track record of considerable accomplishments in a global enterprise, determining the best way for business solutions to service its needs, thereby enabling clients to reach their business objectives.

Claudelle's executive management acumen is underpinned by a strong focus on customer and vendor relationships. She has extensive experience in contract and key account management, product governance and development, and managing software lifecycle and agile development practices

Claudelle has been actively involved in various industry associations and she has served on several Boards. She holds a Masters in Engineering – Project Management and a Master of Arts from the University of New South Wales.



Edwina Griffin ( Panel Moderator)  

Edwina has worked in the fitness industry for 30 years starting her first holistic Fitwomen centre in 1995 that expanded operated successfully for 18 years with the Fitmum, Fitwomen and Strong Women programs, Fitmen studios and the Fitmum Certification for trainers. She has worked in national operations roles for several national and international franchise networks in fitness, allied health. She has worked for not-for-profit organisations such as Diabetes Victoria and consulted to state and local governments designing and facilitating community consultation reports and running events and workshops on women’s health and sports participation. Eddy has run several events for the general public and the fitness & wellness industry since 2005 including facilitating warm ups for charity events, running face-to-face and online events for women’s health and fitness, wellness technology and leadership. Eddy was an AusActive Board Member 2020-2023.
Today Eddy’s focus is on peak performance and wellness as the CEO of AtOne. and retreat facilitator.  Edwina is a corporate consultant on leadership,  mindful communication, emotional intelligence and dispute resolution, AtOne is a mental fitness trainer using virtual reality experiences to  target stress and anxiety and build mindl fitness. AtOne enhances recovery and focus and improves performance in high stress situations
